The Credit Union Association of New York has announced liveonline chat support for its members simply by clicking on an iconat the bottom of most pages on the CUANY website.

The association said that live help will be provided byemployees of its member services team. Support will be availablefrom Monday – Friday during regular business hours.

If a problem occurs during their offline hours, users will beable to submit a message to be addressed the following day, theassociation added.

“This new feature furthers our goal of providing member creditunions with comprehensive, convenient support,” said CUANYPresident/CEO William Mellin. “Whether you prefer to send an email,pick up the phone or chat instantly online, our team is here tooffer expertise and assistance.”

The CUANY said its credit unions now serve 4.6 million memberswith assets of more than $57 billion.
