We invited a panel of credit union executives, young and 'mature', from various size credit unions located across the country to join us at the CUNA GAC conference to discuss career development, which included Michael Poulos, CEO of Michigan First CU; Bob Schumacher, retired CEO of MountainCrest CU; Brent Dixon of the Filene Research Institute and the Cooperative Trust; and Kathryn Davis, senior vice president of marketing at Xceed Financial CU. The panel was hosted by Credit Union Times Editor-in-Chief Sarah Snell Cooke.
