The $59 million Northern Skies Federal Credit Union in Anchorage, Alaska, has become the 98th credit union to choose the e-banking enhancement products from CUBUS Solutions of Livermore, Calif., the company and credit union said.
The 6,100-member Northern Skies said it will use the company’s CUStatements, CUAlerts, CULetters and CUSkipAPay solutions.
“We were exposed to CUBUS Solutions through our technology relationship with Credit Union 1, which has been successfully using the CUBUS products for years,” said Kyler Howlett, president of Northern Skies FCU.
“Our main focus in choosing these particular products was to broaden our online relationship with members, and to give them more options and choices to receive their alerts, statements and letters. These products will add a layer of member service and convenience plus help us streamline our internal processes,” Howlett said.
Along with a variety of e-statements and alerts, the credit union can now offer to deliver letters to members via the Web, saving money and paper. The skip-a pay solution automates the qualification and approval process for that service, as well as payment and fee schedules, the company said.
