Xtend Inc. is increasing Saturday hours for its call centeragents from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. effective immediately, the GrandRapids, Mich., CUSO said.
|“We see this as another positive step in the evolution of ourXtension Call Center,” said Xtend President Scott Collins. “Since we support partnersin four time zones, we knew it was only a matter of time before wewould need to expand to meet the growing needs of our credit unionsand CUSOs.”
|Xtendnow has call center clients in 14 states and Washington, D.C., theCUSO said, and more than 140 credit unions overall. It has 65credit union owners.
