SocialLogix Inc., a provider of social media governance, risk and compliance solutions, and DigitalMailer, a provider of digital communication solutions to the financial industry, announced the formation of a strategic reseller agreement where the latter will be the exclusive partner for the delivery of Social Sentry to the credit union community.

Social Sentry addresses the risks of social communication through its real-time tracking of social media communication, the company said. Social Sentry identifies and monitors employee communication happening from any location, within the company network or Internet.
In addition, Social Sentry offers the ability to monitor select users or the entire employee base and archive all social media communication for future analysis or e-discovery, the company said.
DigitalMailer is a Herndon, Va., provider of e-statement and other electronic communications services to credit unions and other financial institutions.
