Yodlee Inc. said Open Solutions Inc. of Glastonbury, Conn., will be the California company’s first channel partner to offer its customizable personal financial management platform and app store for institutions.
The Yodlee Platform with FinApp Center includes a consumer-driven marketplace for personalized financial applications.
Yodlee said it certifies each FinApp so financial institutions can choose and present secure, personalized functionality through their own websites, the company said. The FinApp center will be integrated into Open Solutions’ DNAweb online banking system, the companies said.
"Providing more flexible options in personal finance management adds tremendous value for online banking customers," said John Messier, vice president of product management at Open Solutions.
"Our goal is to make personalized finance available to all consumers globally via whatever trusted bank or credit union they use," said Eric Connors, senior vice president of products at Yodlee in Redwood City, Calif.
Yodlee, one of the original providers of account integration software, said its PFM platform now supports more than 120,000 account types from more than 12,000 account sources.
Open Solutions provides e-banking solutions to thousands of credit unions and community banks, including core processing to more than 450 credit unions.
