Bubbles the potbellied pig got some love recently when Trumark Financial Credit Union finished up its first annual Kiss-a-Pig Financial Literacy Fundraiser with a gathering at the Piazza at Schmidt's in Philadelphia. Participants raised more than $15,000 from sponsors for the effort to support inner-city schools' efforts to teach students responsible personal finance. The 17 pig-kissers included local media personalities and business leaders, with Rick Stipa, CEO of the $1.4 billion Trumark Financial, among them.
