Credit unions which deploy ATMs from NCR can take advantage of a servicing package the manufacturer said it had created for community banks and credit unions.

“We’ve included the services essential to improving operations, security and uptime in a single bundle and priced it affordably so that financial institutions of all sizes can take advantage of NCR’s deep experience in ATM services,” O’Laughlin said.
Using the service package means participating credit unions would have NCR monitor daily operations of its ATM fleet as well as plan for and perform maintenance before problems became serious enough to interfere with performance, the company said.
