The $4.3 billion Randolph-Brooks Federal Credit Union in Live Oak, Texas, has committed to the new Acumen account processing solution from Fiserv Inc., the company and credit union said.
The 350,000-member institution – which has grown 64% in assets and 38% in membership in the past four years – said it chose the Acumen platform because of its architecture, member-centric design and scalability.
RBFCU also will be using LynxGate ATM management and the Next Multi-Channel Marketing solutions along with the Acumen core platform, the company and credit union said.
"Fiserv has leveraged open technology and development languages, which means we have the flexibility to develop specific applications for our business as needs evolve," said Mary O'Rourke, the credit union’s vice president of electronic services. "The holistic, member-centric views in Acumen make the sales process more dynamic and efficient, and the sales functionality supports the sales and service-culture we’ve established at RBFCU."
Acumen was rolled out in late 2009 as a new, open platform based on Internet technologies. It has now been sold to about 25 Canadian and American credit unions.
