A mobile version of the widely used loanliner.com lending software has been rolled out by CUNA Mutual.
The company introduced the solutions at the America’s Credit Union Conference. It provides a simple, compliant loan application process by allowing the user to log directly into a credit union’s website without downloading an app, said John Putnam, director of business lending systems at CUNA Mutual.
“By clicking into your credit union’s website, you’ll be able to easily access a loan application just as if you were sitting at your computer,” said Putman, who’s also product leader for the new Smartphone Loans solution.
CUNA Mutual said the loanliner.com system is now in use at more than 500 credit unions. It interfaces with a credit union’s own loan-origination system to provide a quick underwriting decision and move the application back to the credit union’s LOS.
