Heritage Community Credit Union has promoted Celeste Martinez, former executive vice president/chief operating officer, to president/CEO.
Martinez has been at the $200 million credit union since 2003, first serving as vice president of lending, then as EVP/COO with responsibilities including managing the human resources, lending, branch administration, marketing and training departments.
Prior to joining HCCU, Martinez worked for The Golden 1 Credit Union in various capacities, rising from staff and management positions to senior vice president of HR/branch administration, and senior vice president lending/marketing.
