Small Florida CU Adds Apple Apps

The 18,000 members of the $127 million Martin Federal Credit Union in Orlando, Fla., now have their own app for iPhones and iPads.

The app provides account balances and history, account transfers, bill pay, branch locators and contact service to the credit union.

The app is available from the iTunes site or App Store, the credit union said, adding that online banking users using any Internet-enabled mobile device can use Martin FCU’s Web-based service as well.

“MFCU is continually searching for ways to add convenience for our members,” said Bob Beskovoyne, the credit union’s president.

Martin FCU’s online and mobile banking tools are from Intuit Financial Services. The community chartered institution serves Orange, Seminole, Osceola, Lake and portions of Citrus counties.
