The $253 million Family Trust Federal Credit Union of Rock Hill, S.C., has committed to the enterprise content management intranet solution from Banc Intranets LLC of Johnson City, Tenn., the company and credit union said.
The BancWorks solution will be used to improve communication, reduce paper usage and improve employee productivity, they said.
“We realized that our information, policies and procedures are located in various locations–such as our public server, our current intranet, and individual department SharePoint pages. It makes it very challenging to keep the most up-to-date info,” said the six-branch, 41,000-member credit union’s community relations coordinator, Kendra Collins.
Banc Intranets said it currently has about 150 clients, 20 of them credit unions.
