The approximately 330 credit unions using the Sharetec core processing system will now be offered the personal digital relationship building services of Segmint Inc. of Akron, Ohio, the company said.

Segmint's "micro target marketing" technology transparently finds trends and patterns in member transaction data and assigns tags to the transactions, producing information that can be used to deliver customized reward offers and generate fee income, the company said.

"Sharetec is an established technology provider, and the Segmint software will help credit unions develop a personalized relationship with their members online," said Rob Heiser, Segmint president/CEO.
