The $391 million Generations Community Federal Credit Union in San Antonio, Texas, said it has gone live with its new online banking solution 30 days after signing up for the service.
The 47,000-member institution is using the BOB (Better Online Banking) platform from Jwaala Inc. in Austin, Texas, launching the service on Nov. 1, one month after its selection.
Jwaala recently began offering its "Quick Launch Program" that Generations FCU leveraged to meet their aggressive target launch date.
Jwaala COO Kelly Dowell said, "While a one-month turnaround is not a typical request, the platform's flexibility does allow us to deliver when necessary."
Jwaala began operations as a CUSO of Austin's Amplify FCU but has since gone private.
