Web-based account opening has been added to the ProfitStars product lineup, according to Jack Henry & Associates.
The company said its Opening Act Express solution uses MeridianLink's platform to provide basic and advanced online account opening services that can be integrated with any core and online banking platform and support institution-defined products.
Funding options include ACH, debit and credit cards and the process includes identity verification, credit, OFAC and check history checks.
MeridianLink of Costa Mesa, Calif., said its multi-channel lending and account opening solutions are now in use by more than 400 credit unions and other financial institutions.
Monett, Mo.-based Jack Henry now serves more than 11,000 credit unions, banks and other financial services customers, the company said.
