Genisys Expands Ties

Genisys Credit Union of Auburn Hills, Mich., recently expanded its relationship with Cleary University by offering Genisys membership to students and employees.

This program is an extension of the Genisys tuition grants for members and employees of the credit union and a new scholarship named in honor of former CEO Dianne Addington for Cleary University degree-seeking students who serve their communities as leaders and volunteers.

"We are excited to be able to offer this benefit to the students and staff at Cleary University," said Norm Soucy, business development manager. "It's a great partnership that will not only provide financial education, but will provide possible money-saving opportunities as well."

A communication plan, on-site visits and student orientation events are being discussed to enhance the partnership.

Cleary University's main campus in Howell and an additional location in Ann Arbor employ 200 full- and part-time staff and educate more than 1,200 students each year from Southeast Michigan.
