The Golden 1 Credit Union has removed interim from Donna Bland's title and has officially named her president/CEO.
According to The Golden 1 Chairman Pedro R. Reyes, since stepping in as the interim leader in July, the former senior vice president/chief financial officer consistently demonstrated that she is the right person to help the over $7 billion credit union continue to grow in the future.
Bland is a graduate of California State University, San Francisco, and a CPA. She has more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry including 16 years at the Sacramento, Calif.-based credit union.
