Jack Henry & Associates said its Gladiator Enterprise Security Monitoring solution for banks is now being offered to credit unions using the company's Symitar Episys core processing platform.
The Gladiator ESM was rolled out to bank core processing clients in 2008 by Jack Henry's ProfitStars division, not long after the Monett, Mo., company acquired Gladiator Technology Services of Atlanta.
The Episys version is fully integrated with the core platform and IBM pSeries host systems, providing host-based protection with expanded monitoring and reporting capabilities, the company said.
The company said it also is developing an ESM module for the NetTeller Online Banking platform that will help combat cash management fraud.
About 550 credit unions use the Episys core processing platform.
