Credit unions will have access to mystery shopping services and other member satisfaction solutions through a new vendor partnership from CUNA Strategic Services.
The Calabasas, Calif.-Informa Research Services provides daily comparisons of bank and credit union market rates at the local, state and national levels, according to CSS. The company's lineup also includes compliance testing, member satisfaction studies, sales and service evaluations and mystery shopping services to help tailor market information, analysis and targeted recommendations.
Informa provides services to more than 6,500 financial institutions including more than 500 credit unions.
