IMN has changed the name of its e-communications platform for credit unions to Member Adviser from Credit Union On.
The Waltham, Mass., company said the new branding "better reflects the e-communications service Member Adviser provides to credit unions and their members through custom educational content and deep readership analytics, which drive improved credit union member cross-selling performance."
Operating in a Software-as-a-Service environment, the service provides e-newsletter programs. The company said that in addition to reaching younger audiences, the e-newsletters save printing costs and support green initiatives. IMN said it has a client list of about 3,000 customers, including credit unions, insurance companies, car dealers and technology firms.
