Members United Corporate Federal Credit Union has announced that B. Don Crofut and David Mooney have joined the $9.5 billion corporate's Board of Directors.
Crofut, president of the $67 million South Metro FCU, was elected at the June 9 annual meeting and will serve a three-year term. Mooney, president/CEO of the $7.2 billion Alliant Credit Union, most recently served as Supervisory Committee Chair, and was appointed to fill the seat of retiring board member Ron Linstromberg.
Three additional volunteers up for re-election kept their board positions. The board will be led by Chair John T. Fenton, president/CEO of Affinity FCU. The open seat on the Supervisory committee vacated by Mooney will be filled by appointment at a later date, Members United said.
