CU*Northwest said it has converted its first California credit union to the CU*Base core processing system.
The Spokane, Wash., CUSO said it worked with fellow CUSO CU ByDesign to complete the recent conversion at $36 million 1st Valley CU in San Bernardino.
The 3,500-member credit union had been running on a Fiserv CubicsPlus core processing system, according to its 5300 Call Report.
Included in the new package is mobile and online banking and audio response, CU*Northwest said. The company said it now has installed the CU*BASE platform from CU*Answers of Grand Rapids, Mich., at 13 credit unions with five more committed.
