Remote deposit capture adoption continues apace in the credit union industry.
Eastern Corporate Federal Credit Union, for instance, said its Vertifi Software subsidiary has added seven more users of its DeposZip service for households and businesses.
They are $1.5 billion Baxter CU of Vernon Hills, Ill., $331 million Bellwether Community CU of Manchester, N.H., $231 million First U.S. Community CU of Sacramento, Calif.; $859 million Jeanne D'Arc CU of Lowell, Mass.; $81 million Saco Valley CU of Saco, Maine; $34 million Saratoga's Community FCU of Saratoga Springs, N.Y.; and $175 million University CU of Orono, Maine.
The $850 million Massachusetts-based corporate said it now has 56 credit unions using its DeposZip service, including nine of more than $1 billion in assets. EasCorp said more than $435 million in deposits have been processed since its RDC launch in 2007.
