Bob Miles, PSCU Financial Services' former director of security, is now chief security officer with the new Financial Services Division of Cyber Operations LLC, an Alabama-based IT security firm with operations in St. Petersburg and Orlando, Fla.
The company said it is now moving into the credit union market with an eye toward establishing partnerships with CUSOs.
Miles has been director of security at PSCU for the past 15 years and now will oversee Cyber Operations' expansion into financial services as well as integration of security solutions, audit, compliance, risk management and assessment across client solutions, the company said.
Founded in 1999, Cyber Operations provides security and communications solutions to companies and governmental agencies, including network security and access control, biometric access management, video surveillance solutions and digital media solutions, the company said.
