Synergent Technology Services said it has completed converting Otis Federal Credit Union, a $112 million institution based in Jay, Maine, into a service bureau user of the Symitar Episys core processing.

More than 50 credit unions have now been migrated into the CUSO's hosted environment in the past five years, Synergent said.

"We are confident that the security, service and opportunities for greater efficiencies that come with working in Synergent's service bureau environment will offer significant benefits to the credit union and their members," said Gary Glenn, senior vice president at Synergent in Westbrook, Maine.
