Aero Federal Credit Union announced the appointment of its new president/CEO, Preston Sanders.
Sanders succeeded retiring CEO Jim Scott who led the credit union for the past 30 years. Sanders previously was executive vice president/chief operations officer at Credit Union West for 13 years.
"We took our time with this selection," said Scott. "Our board and senior leadership wanted to ensure a good fit for our mission, vision and organizational culture. Preston Sanders brings a new perspective to our credit union, while embracing our traditional credit union values and commitment to responsible management."
Scott and Sanders are working together to ensure a smooth transition for the credit union.
