Live chat has been added to the service lineup at Service Credit Union.
The credit union said five new staffers were added to the member service team to help handle the LiveChat24 service, offered free to the $1.4 billion New Hampshire credit union's 124,000 members worldwide.
The encrypted service is offered through the credit union's Web site and supplements its existing online, e-mail and always-available phone help, the credit union said.
Service CU has 34 branches and two contact centers in New Hampshire, Mass. and U.S. Army bases in Germany.
