Hereford Texas Federal Credit Union has converted to a new core processing platform from Sharetec Systems Inc., the company and credit union said.
Hereford Texas FCU (www.htfcu.com) went live on the Sharetec Online platform on Oct. 1 as a service bureau client with the Lino Lakes, Minn. company.
The 8,800 member credit union also deployed documents, audio response and home banking solutions from Sharetec, the company said.
The $40 million Panhandle credit union had been an Ebank Systems Inc. customer, according to its 5300 Call Report with the NCUA.
Sharetec Systems is owned by its regional distributors-including DataSystems of Texas in El Paso-and currently serves more than 300 credit unions, the company said.
