T8DESIGN Changes Its Name to T8 Webware

T8DESIGN, a provider of Web development and management services to credit unions and banks, has changed its name to T8 Webware.

The Cedar Falls, Iowa, company said the new name better reflects its Web services and overall strategy of providing financial institutions with a "holistic, constantly connected Web experience."

CEO Wade Arnold said, "T8 originally began as a design and consulting company, but as our clients and their consumers' needs for Internet tools evolve, we have identified an opportunity to completely restructure customer experiences on the Web."

In addition to custom-designed Web sites, hosting and backup services, the company offers its FREEDOM8 content system, which uses a word processing interface to allow any authorized user with Web access to update content within enforced regulatory guidelines.

The company said it now serves more than 150 credit unions and banks.
