Aspire FCU Aspires to Provide Online Member Convenience

Aspire Federal Credit Union has gone live with a new remote signature and secure document delivery solution, the credit union said.

The $175 million institution, based in Clark, N.J., began using the TotaleAtlasWeb solution from Integrated Media Management of Linden, N.J., because it wanted to ensure easy remote access to its services.

Aspire said it signed on 69 new members in May using the solution and another 105 in June.

The former FAA Eastern Region FCU serves more than 20,000 members throughout the Northeast and is now extending its membership beyond FAA employees. Its locations in buildings secured by airline regulations also can make branch access difficult at times.

"Providing our members with the remote capabilities to view and sign documents securely via an online channel has contributed to more convenience, cost savings and faster timeframes in how we do business," said Diane Cannon, Aspire FCU's lending sales team manager.

IMM said it now has its document management and automation technology solutions at more than 600 financial institutions nationwide.
