Minn. House Speaker Addresses CU Gathering

Anderson Kelliher, Minnesota House Speaker, recently discussed the state's budget problems during a speech before the Minnesota Credit Union Network. "It is difficult to deal with so much financial instability-and those of you in credit unions and the larger financial system understand how important that stability is,'' she told attendees at the network's annual summer legislative meeting. Kelliher, who has been a legislator since 1998 and the speaker since 2007, is considering running for governor next year. Here, Kelliher speaks with Minnesota Credit Union Network President/CEO Mark D. Cummins.
