Teachers Federal Credit Union
, Farmingville, N.Y., announced that it has named Stephen Kohlmann assistant vice president-investments. Kohlmann will be responsible for organizing, directing and managing TFCU's investment operations, workflow processes and results. Prior to coming to TFCU, Kohlmann was vice president-portfolio management at OmniCap Group and was the first vice president-Global Institutional Group for Merrill Lynch.

Pennsylvania Credit Union Association
, Harrisburg, Pa., announced several staff changes. Corinne Sherman moved from vice president, business development to vice president, fee services. Russell Evans was promoted to assistant vice president, business development from account executive. Monika Scott was promoted to senior account executive. Christina Mihalik was promoted to vice president, governmental affairs from assistant vice president. Christine Seitz was promoted to director, political affairs and fundraising. Diane Powell will now head the communications department as director, communications.

Jeanne D'Arc Credit Union
, Lowell, Mass., announced three employee promotions. Jennifer Burgess was promoted to assistant treasurer/loan servicing manager. Burgess has been at Jeanne D'Arc for seven years. Marie Hebert was promoted to assistant treasurer/loan center manager. Herbert has been at Jeanne D'Arc for 11 years. Lissette Morales was promoted to assistant treasurer/loan center manager. Morales has been with the credit union since 1998.

SOUTH

BrightStar Credit Union,
Fort Lauderdale, Fla., announced the promotion of Jenny Menendez to branch manager of the downtown Fort Lauderdale branch. Menendez was previously assistant branch manager of the Hollywood branch. She has been with the credit union for seven years.

Insight Financial Credit Union
, Orlando, Fla., announced the promotion of two employees. Minerva Ferrer was promoted from credit counselor to new sales and service executive. Ferrer has been with Insight Financial for six years. Chris Miller was promoted from member service scheduler to new marketing analyst/Web master. Miller has been with Insight Financial for two years.

Credit Union of Georgia
, Woodstock, Ga., announced the promotion of two employees. Donna Perkins was promoted to regional manager of the southern territories for the credit union. Perkins will oversee the operations and management of the Credit Union of Georgia's southern branches. Perkins has worked at the credit union since 1995. Heath Yawn was promoted to regional manager of the northern territories for the credit union to oversee operations and management. Yawn has worked at the credit union since 2006.

Atlanta Postal Credit Unio
n, Atlanta, announced the promotion of Chuck Head to chief operations officer and executive vice president. Head has been with Atlanta Postal for 20 years and most recently was vice president of lending.

MCT Federal Credit Union
, Rockville, Md., announced the promotion of Robin Bates to vice president of lending. Bates was hired at MCT in June 2008 as a mortgage operations manager. Before coming to MCT, Bates was vice president of consumer and mortgage lending at Mercantile Potomac Bank.

US Federal Credit Union
, Burnsville, Minn., announced the hiring of Tom Ries to director of member business lending. Ries has over 30 years of bank lending experience. He most recently held the position of vice president with Premier Bank.

Heritage Federal Credit Union
, Newburgh, Ind., announced that Michelle Keeton was promoted to assistant branch manager of the Vogel Road branch. Keeton has been at Heritage FCU since October 2007 and was previously information center supervisor.

WEST

Ent Federal Credit Union, Colorado Springs, Colo., announced two new hires and four promotions. Renee Brady was hired as a private banking officer. Brady has 23 years of experience in the financial services industry and most recently served as vice president of private banking at Regions Morgan Keegan. Tanan Miles was promoted to service area manager. He has been with Ent for the past two years. Ron Kimball was hired as director of information security. Kimball has over 18 years of IT experience and most recently served as information security manager at TD Banknorth. Brian Kayton was promoted to service area manager. He has been with Ent since May 2008. Tamara Thompson was promoted to center manager of Ent's Woodmen service center. Thompson has been with Ent for 11 years and most recently served as center supervisor at the Centennial service center.

Redwood Credit Union
, Santa Rosa, Calif., announced the hiring of Wade Painter as executive vice president and chief financial officer. Painter has more than 26 years of experience in credit union accounting, finance, risk management and technology. Most recently, Painter was managing director of credit union consulting services with RSM McGladrey.
