The online advisory service called Credit Union Retired Executives, www.CURetiredExecs.com, is a secure, virtual network of retired credit union executives who volunteer their time to support those currently working in the industry.
Users can register on the site, ask a question and can choose an adviser they want depending on field of expertise. Users are assured confidentiality and receive an answer within three business days that offers suggested solutions, recommended alternatives and new perspectives.
"Experience matters. We've assembled an incredible team of advisers, retired credit union executives with an unmatched depth and breadth of experience-experience that has gone largely untapped until now. We also have an exceptional group of supporters from around the industry, who are making it all possible," said Holly Herman, executive director.
The Web site will operate 24/7 and is free of charge due to site supporters.
