NAFCU Promotes Wahlen

WASHINGTON -- Jennifer Wahlen, who has been the No. 2 person in NAFCU's political operation, is ascending to the top job.
As director of political affairs she will manage the association's political strategy and organize its grassroots activities.
She joined NAFCU in 2007 and before that worked on the staff of former U.S. Rep. Phil English (R-Pa.).
Wahlen earned her bachelor's degree in political science from the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown. She is succeeding Dillon Shea, who is now one of NAFCU's regulatory attorneys.
