Millbury Federal Credit Union, Millbury, Mass., announced the appointment of Paul R. Crimlisk to vice president and manager of MCU Commercial Services LLC, a subsidiary of the credit union. Crimlisk has nearly 30 years of experience as a successful commercial lender, loan development officer and relationship manager in eastern and central Massachusetts. Crimlisk most recently served as vice president and commercial loan officer for Commerce Bank & Trust. MCU Commercial Service is a wholly owned subsidiary of MCU and provides commercial loan origination, underwriting, servicing, processing, participation and sale of loans as well as business deposit services.

First Citizens' Federal Credit Union, Fairhaven, Mass., announced the promotion of Ducle Almeida to assistant treasurer and human resources manager and the appointment of Nelson Tavaras as manager of its south branch location. Almeida has worked at First Citizens' for ten years. She has been involved with the United Way of New Bedford and also participates in the South Coast Human Resource Council. Tavares has ten years of experience in banking and finance and has worked at Bridgewater Credit Union, St. Anne's Credit Union and the Mortgage Group.
