WAYNESBORO, Va. -- DuPont Community Credit Union just concluded a four-month ad campaign that increased its net mortgage loans by 72%.
DuPont Community's May to August campaign used print, radio and television advertising to emphasize the ease of getting a mortgage loan from the Virginia-based credit union. The promotion also featured the giveaway of a dollhouse valued at $1,800 and a $250 gift card.
Over 1,100 people participated in the contest.
DuPont Community was founded in 1959 and now has more than 53,000 members and $629 million in assets. It operates in the Central Shenandoah Valley.
