New Fraud Alert Network Collaboration Site Launched by Fair Isaac

MINNEAPOLIS -- There's a new online community site for financial institutions and law enforcement to securely discuss fraud problems and collaborate on solutions.

Fair Isaac Corp. said its new Fraud Alert Network Forum succeeds the CardAlert Fraud Forum, the risk decisioning and profitability company first launched in 2002.

"Financial institutions generally don't discuss their inner workings with competitors, but in the case of fraud and crime, communication and collaboration are invaluable," said Doug Clare, the company's vice president for fraud solutions product management.

"We see members of the Fraud Alert Network posting comments like 'I have been through this and here's how to fix it.' The level of dialogue is refreshing, and absolutely necessary in the face of mounting fraud activity," Clare said.

The site is at www.fraudalertnetwork.com.
