Mortgage Alliance, HomeSold Form Partnership

BASKING RIDGE, N.J. -- A partnership between Credit Union Mortgage Alliance Network and HomeSold Inc. aims to bring more mortgage resources to credit unions.

Through the alliance, clients can use CUMAnet's home loan services and HomeSold's network of real estate agents. Homebuyers are eligible to receive a rebate equal to 25% of their real estate commission, excluding properties in Alabama, Alaska, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, New Jersey, Oklahoma, Oregon and Tennessee due to individual state laws, according to both companies. Homebuyers can also receive a personal transaction assistant to serve as an impartial party throughout the process.

CUMAnet, a 100% credit union-owned real estate organization, provides residential mortgage and home equity loan products and related services to credit unions. HomeSold is a subsidiary of Fidelity National Financial and helps consumers buy and sell homes.
