IMM Updates TotaleAtlas

LINDEN, N.J. -- Integrated Media Management has released a new version of its flagship document preparation solution.

TotaleAtlas 4.3 includes administrative, procurement and document processing enhancements, the company said.

They include the ability to simultaneously run in test and live environments on the same server, displaying document descriptions of up to 50 characters in the selection screen, expanded search criteria such as wild cards and DocQ, which allows credit unions to prepare documents in advance of a member visit and co-applicants to sign documents at different times and locations.

Totale Atlas 4.3 is currently in beta testing at customer sites and is expected to be in general release during the third quarter this year, the company said.

IMM (www.immonline.com) is based in Linden and provides document management and automation technology to more than 600 credit unions and other financial institutions.
