CUISPA Plans Risk Assessment Conference

AUSTIN, Texas -- Enterprise risk management and real-world scenarios will be among topics of a day-long seminar planned by the Credit Union Information Security Professionals Association on Aug. 1 in Southern California.

The risk management fundamentals workshop will be held that Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Schools First FCU (formerly Orange County Teachers FCU) in Tustin, Calif.

Topics will include enterprise-risk assessment, business continuity planning, vendor management, Red Flag identity theft regulations and SAS 70.

Presenters include industry experts from credit unions, consultancies and technology vendors who will present real-world scenarios and solutions.

Speakers and sponsors will be from CUISPA, Schools First FCU, WesCorp, Redwood FCU, RLR Consulting, Vital Insight and the University of Texas at Austin McCombs School of Business.
