DENVER -- Westerra Credit Union drew attendees of the 2008 Realtor Rally to its booth with a staged photo opportunity with a Harley Davidson motorcycle.
Westerra CU provided a leather jacket and other biking gear to the 3,500 realtors who attended the rally and took their pictures as they posed on the bike.
"The realtors really enjoyed the staged photos," said Westerra's Chief Lending Officer John McCloy. "It gave our staff an opportunity to share information about the many programs we have available to assist their clients in obtaining a mortgage for their new home."
McCloy went on to say that Westerra recognizes the significant role the realtors play in making purchase money available to members and the branches are working on strategies to build closer relationships with realtors in their specific area.
