Pacific Resource Moves Processing to TMG
DES MOINES, Iowa -- The $119 million Pacific Resource Credit Union has signed a long-term contract and converted its ATM and debit card processing to The Members Group, making the Des Moines-based financial services organization Pacific Resource's complete card services provider.
The credit union was already a client of TMG's for other processing products, the CUSO, which is affiliated with the Iowa Credit Union League, said.
"TMG is a natural selection for us, as they have been processing our credit and gift cards since 2001," said James McHale, president/CEO of Pacific Resource. "Everyone here is excited about the ease of this conversion and our ability to quickly respond to members' questions. We look forward to providing our members with a seamless transition."
"We are thrilled to be Pacific Resource Credit Union's complete card service provider," said Aris Jerahian, vice president client relations. "Working as a true extension of Pacific Resource's card servicing team, we are able to help meet their goals and pass the savings and ease of use onto Pacific Resource members."
According to Jerahian, close interaction with Pacific Resource made it clear that consolidation of all card products would create both efficiencies and value for the credit union. TMG has client relations directors assigned to every credit union it serves and makes visits a regular priority.
