CU*Answers Boosts Classes, Consulting

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. -- CU*Answers has added eight new classes to the lineup in its 2008 CU*Answers University catalog.

The Grand Rapids-based CUSO will offer 87 formal courses this year, along with 52 Web conference sessions.

Four full weeks of CU*Answers University will be offered this year at the CUSO's home offices as will one week of Web conference education.

More than 2,000 employees from the CUSO's client credit unions will be served this year, CU*Answers said. Sessions also will include regional training events and focus groups.

The CUSO said that it will continue to not bill clients for attending personal education sessions, citing its goal of developing power users of its CU*BASE processing system.

CU*Answers also has provided consulting services, participating in and facilitating more than 20 board of directors planning sessions across the country in the past 12 months, the CUSO said.

CU*Answers (www.cuanswers.com) now has a client list of 165 credit unions, including 126 running on the CU*Base core processing system.
