Pentagon FCU Integrates with Fiserv ECM Solution

WASHINGTON -- A new enterprise content management system from Fiserv Inc. will help automate mortgage loan origination and servicing functions at Pentagon Federal Credit Union.

The Nautilus ECM system will be used to image and route files and prompt staff at the $11.2 billion CU to perform routine tasks established in standardized workflow, increasing productivity and efficiency, the company said.

The ECM tools will integrate with Pentagon FCU's existing UniFi PRO loan-origination system and Fiserv Loan Servicing Platform solutions, according to Wisconsin-based Fiserv.

The Nautilus ECM platform is currently in use at more than 500 institutions, Fiserv said.

"In addition to the integration, we are looking forward to Nautilus bringing us operational savings and increased processing efficiencies as we create a completely paperless solution. We believe the Nautilus solution is in line with our corporate strategy of continuing to use technology to increase efficiency," said James Schenck, executive vice president and chief operating officer at 778,000-member Pentagon FCU.
