American Airlines FCU Goes with TotaleAtlas

FORT WORTH, Texas -- American Airlines Federal Credit Union (AAFCU) has chosen a document preparation and management solution that will allow its 210,000 members to go into any of the credit union's 43 branches to sign documents, regardless of the branch where the documents originated.

The $4.5 billion CU said it also chose the TotaleAtlas solution from New Jersey-based Integrated Media Management because of its ability to integrate with AAFCU's core processing platform from Summit Information Systems.

"We wanted a solution that would give us the efficiencies that come with making the document management process paperless from the core processor to the imaging system," said Gail Garlington, employee systems manager at Fort Worth-based AAFCU.

The credit union has more than 210,000 members and operates branches in 16 states and Puerto Rico.

IMM has more than 600 financial institution clients using its document output management and automation technology. Its products interface with nine host processors and all the major compliance vendors, the company said.
