First CU Makes Best Place to Work Cut

CHANDLER, Ariz. -- First Credit Union has been named one of the "Best Places to Work" in the Valley by the Phoenix Business Journal for the second year in a row.

First CU was chosen from over a hundred companies considered for the honor and is the only medium-sized not-for-profit company to win the award in 2007.

"Best Places to Work" in the Valley is a local contest designed to identify the best places of employment in the metro-Phoenix area based 100% on employee opinion survey results.

The program was founded in 2003 by Best Companies AZ and The Phoenix Business Journal. "Our employees are our greatest asset. We rely on them to provide the best of service and they rely on us to be here for them too. We are honored to get this recognition," said Pat Richardson, human resources manager, at First CU.
