Cypress Software Hires LoanLink Manager as New VP

NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, Texas -- Cypress Software Systems has placed a veteran of the CUNA LoanLink Center in charge of its customer support and product training.

Amy Johnson has been named vice president of product support for Cypress, a provider of automated credit decision applications to credit unions and other financial institutions in 17 countries.

Johnson had been director of client services and product development for the LoanLink Center in Dallas. There she led a team that managed more than 400 client relationships.

She also had been manager of PC/LAN support, product manager and network administrator for the center's previous owner, State National Companies.

"Amy has a great mix of technology development, process implementation, client relationship management and product support experience that makes her the ideal person for our lead product support executive," says Stephen G. Sargent, president/chief executive officer at Cypress.
