FAIRFAX, Va. — FedComp Inc. is offering its client base ofnearly 1,300 small credit unions the services of Fiserv EFT througha non-exclusive partnership, the companies say.

The Fiserv business unit provides ATM and debit services to morethan 2,700 financial institutions and owns the ACCEL/ExchangeNetwork, which includes 18,000 ATMs and processes approximately 470million ATM and debit transactions a month.
