MADISON, Wis. — In an effort to more effectively serve creditunions' training and development needs, CUNA Mutual Group and CUNAhave agreed to move CUNA Mutual's Creating Member Loyaltyorganizational training program to CUNA.

The CML program provides training and implementation support tohelp credit unions develop their member service and sales cultureand enhance the leadership and coaching capabilities of theirstaff. Created by CUNA Mutual more than 20 years ago, CML nowoffers more than 60 sales and service training modules coveringsuch areas as member sales and service, leadership and training tonearly 400 credit unions.
